Why Persona 28
Talent technology is entering a new era.
For decades, organizations have relied on interviews, assessments, surveys, ratings and human judgment to understand people. Those tools remain valuable.
But two things are changing at the same time: the technologies available for understanding and developing people are advancing rapidly, and the nature of work itself is changing as artificial intelligence becomes part of everyday organizational life.
Persona 28 was created at that intersection. We believe that as work evolves, the ways organizations understand and develop human capability should evolve with it.
