1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Persona 28 LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Persona 28”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of persona28.com.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms govern this website. They do not replace the terms that govern a Persona 28 simulation. See sections 8 and 9.
2. About Persona 28
Persona 28 builds leadership assessment technology, including AI-powered leadership simulations that place leaders inside realistic business situations and describe how they behaved.
This website exists to explain what we build, describe the science behind it, and let you get in touch.
3. Using this website
You may read, browse and share our pages, and use the contact form to reach us, for your own business or professional purposes.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not in a way that interferes with it or with anyone else’s use of it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time, and we do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Website content is informational
Everything on persona28.com is provided for general information.
It describes our products, our approach to assessment science, and what we are building. It is not professional advice of any kind — not employment, legal, human-resources, medical, financial or other professional advice — and it is not a substitute for professional judgement about your own organization.
Where our pages describe scientific research, what is established, what is externally supported, and what remains under development, those distinctions are stated deliberately. Please read them as written. Nothing on this site should be taken as a claim that a Persona 28 product has established predictive validity, established reliability, or validated fairness.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its contents — text, design, graphics, layout, product names, methodologies, frameworks, software, trademarks and other material — are owned by Persona 28 or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You may view and share our pages, and quote briefly from them with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or exploit the site or substantial parts of it for commercial purposes without our permission.
These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
6. Things you agree not to do
You agree not to:
use the website unlawfully, or for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, any account, or any connected system;
interfere with, disrupt, overload or probe the site or its infrastructure;
scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to access the site in a way that burdens it;
submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or that contains malicious code;
submit confidential information belonging to someone else, or personal information about another person without the right to do so;
misrepresent who you are or who you are acting for;
remove or obscure any notice on the site.
7. Third-party services and links
Our website uses third-party services to operate — including hosting and analytics, personalization, and email. Our Privacy Policy describes them.
The site also links to services and websites we do not control, including our own MicroSim application at a separate address and our company page on LinkedIn. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, their content, or their privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
8. Persona 28 simulation products
Persona 28 offers leadership simulations, including MicroSim and LeaderSim.
Use of a simulation is governed by additional, product-specific terms. Describing a product on this website is not an offer of it, does not create any right to use it, and does not grant access. LeaderSim is offered on terms agreed separately.
Nothing on this website forms a contract for the supply of any product or service.
9. MicroSim-specific terms
Where this website links you into the MicroSim application at microsim.persona28.com, that experience is governed by its own documents, not by these Terms.
Before beginning a MicroSim, you are asked to agree to the MicroSim Terms of Use and to acknowledge the MicroSim Privacy Policy.

MicroSim is intended for participants age 18 or older, and its own Terms set out what it is, what it is not, and how it may be used.
10. No professional or employment-decision guarantee
Persona 28 products describe behavior observed in a simulation. They are not psychological, clinical, or diagnostic evaluations, and they are not guarantees or predictions of future performance.
Persona 28 assessment results should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, placement, or any other consequential decision about a person. Organizations are responsible for considering appropriate additional information and for complying with applicable law when using assessment results.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that its content is accurate, complete or current.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Persona 28 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Persona 28 LLC’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Suspension of access
We may restrict or end your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or to protect the website, other visitors, or Persona 28.
Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 5, 10, 11, 12 and 14 — survive any termination of access.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website must be brought in a state or federal court located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date shown at the top of the page. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
