What we measure

Measuring leadership in action.

LeaderSim evaluates six leadership capabilities through 18 observable leadership skills — using behavior demonstrated inside realistic business situations.

The goal is to understand what a leader demonstrated, how that capability was expressed, and where development can expand effectiveness and range.
